Randy centers his practice in representing telecommunications and technology clients. Representing telecommunications clients involves regulatory, licensing, legislative and strategic business counsel. His practice for technology clients, including European companies with a strategic US presence, involves representation of companies as outside general counsel in establishing strategic relationships, technology licensing and distribution relationships, and executive employment and compensation arrangements. Randy also represents healthcare clients in a range of special projects and counsels general business clients.
