Since 1989, Mr. Verrue has been President and CEO of HCV Pacific Partners, a major real estate development company based in San Francisco. HCV Pacific Partners specializes in the management and construction of new residential communities, resort property and commercial property, and has been active in the development of many projects throughout northern California, including Sonoma County. Mr. Verrue was previously a Director of Business Bancorp and Business Bank of California, from December 2001 until Union Bank of California acquired the Business Bancorp in 2004. He was also a founder of Marin Community Bank in 1989, and served as Director of the bank (name changed to Metro Commerce Bank) and MCB Financial Corporation from 1989 to 2001. |
