Randall S. Ellis has served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer since April, 2001. He was previously Director of Corporate Development of FMC Corporation since 1998. He joined FMC Corporation in 1976 and held several financial management positions prior to becoming Controller for the former Ground Systems Division. Since then he has served in a variety of management roles at FMC Corporation, including Director of Gun Systems for the former Armament Systems Division, Manager of Energy Systems' operation in Sens, France and Director of Acquisitions. Mr. Ellis received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University.
