Randy Hancock heads ISS� Global Research business and analytics unit responsible for all of ISS� corporate governance policy development, proxy analysis and research operations. Prior to joining ISS, Hancock served as IBM�s Global Leader of the Institute for Business Value, where he led teams in the United States, Europe and Asia responsible for developing and deploying business research and advice to clients worldwide across 15 industries and six functional areas. He was also a Vice President and Partner in the IBM Business Consulting Services group. Hancock has more than fifteen years of business experience, having managed research and business strategy services at Mainspring, Gemini Consulting, and The MAC Group. He has provided research and advice to clients across a wide variety of industries, including financial services, telecommunications, media and computing, as well as across many issue areas, such as corporate strategy, electronic commerce, marketing, change management, knowledge management and human capital issues. Previously, he was also a financial analyst with the corporate finance group of Smith Barney. Hancock earned an MBA with Distinction from The Kellogg School of Management and an A.B. in economics from Harvard University. |
