Randi J. Rabinowitz is an associate in the Banking & Financial Services and Real Estate practice areas. She concentrates her practice on all aspects of commercial lending (including asset-based, construction and real estate loans) and real estate related transactions. Ms. Rabinowitz received her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2005. She also earned an MS degree from the Columbia University School of Social Work, and a BA degree from the University of Michigan in Psychology and Political Science. Ms. Rabinowitz served as a law clerk to the Honorable M. Faith Angell, of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She served as a law student intern for the US Attorney's office in the bankruptcy division. Ms. Rabinowitz is a volunteer attorney for the support center for child advocates, merging her knowledge of social work and law. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. |
