Upon her retirement from higher education consulting, Dr. Randi Levitz remains as one of the nation�s most respected authorities on enrollment management, having consulted directly with more than 300 colleges and universities, including more than 25 state systems of institutions. With more than 20 years of experience in enrollment management, she has been recognized for her path-breaking work in recruitment and retention. She recorded one enrollment success after another as she advocated the advancement of educational quality and growth. A proven catalyst for institutional change, Dr. Levitz specialized in marketing, recruitment, retention, and activating campuswide transformations for enrollment development. Her clients have included institutions as diverse as Baylor University (TX), Western New England College (MA), Greenville Technical College (SC), and Iowa State University. Dr. Levitz presented more than 400 national, state, and on-campus workshops, spoke to tens of thousands of administrators and faculty, and spurred the creation of the Noel-Levitz National Conference on Student Retention (now the National Conference for Student Recruitment, Marketing, and Retention).
Previous experience
Prior to her involvement with Noel-Levitz, Dr. Levitz conducted numerous national research projects at the American College Testing Program (ACT) in her leadership role at the National Center for the Advancement of Educational Practices. With Dr. Lee Noel, she co-authored Increasing Student Retention (Jossey-Bass) and served as contributing editor of the newsletter, Recruitment and Retention in Higher Education (Magna Publications).
