J. Randle Henderson graduated from the University of Texas with a B.A. in 1970 and from the University of Houston Law School in 1973. He served with the Securities and Exchange Commission as an enforcement trial attorney from 1973 to 1976 and has been in private practice in Houston in the areas of business, corporate and securities law from 1976 to the present. Mr. Henderson is a member of the ABA�s Committee on Federal Regulation of Securities and a past member and faculty participant with the State Bar/University of Texas Planning Committee for the Annual Conference on Securities Regulation and Business Law Problems.Mr. Henderson represents individuals and business entities before the Securities and Exchange Commission, National Association of Securities Dealers and Texas State Securities Board in national, regional and state enforcement matters and securities arbitration, and acts a special counsel to law firms and their clients on securities law matters. He has worked with MGL Consulting Corporation on numerous enforcement matters since 1994. Mr. Henderson has served on the NASD Board of Arbitrators since 1993 and has been assigned over thirty-five (35) cases, most of which as chair. |
