Randy Hain has an established track record of leading successful searches and building teams in a broad diversity of industries and functional specializations. He has played the lead role in the hiring, training and development of one of the most successful search consultant teams in Atlanta. Mr. Hain has earned a reputation as a values based leader who invests heavily in his co-workers, candidates, and clients.
Mr. Hain�s clients range from venture-backed technology companies to established, multi-billion dollar corporations across the country, with a special emphasis on companies that have some connection to the Southeast. With a passion for helping his clients fill critical needs at all levels, his recruitment consulting focus includes searches for C-level leadership, vice presidents, directors, managers and specialized individual contributors.
Prior to entering the recruitment industry and joining Bell Oaks in 1999, Mr. Hain served as Vice President of Recruiting for Waffle House, an Atlanta-based restaurant chain with more than 1,500 restaurants and $900 million in annual revenue. He began his career with NTW (now NTB-National Tire and Battery) in operations management roles over several retail stores in the Atlanta area. He is a 1989 graduate of the University of Georgia.
Mr. Hain is on the Board of Directors for TROVE Inc. and serves in the capacity of Senior Affiliate Partner and Advisor for the company. TROVE focuses on leadership development, executive coaching and strategic planning for companies ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 500. He is on the Board of Wilderness Works, a non-profit organization that focuses on the needs of disadvantaged inner city youth and provides them with safe and nurturing environments outdoors and in a clubhouse setting. He is also on the Board of Talent Builders, a sales training leadership development company in Atlanta that works with Fortune 1000 companies. He is a past Board member for the Georgia Association of Personnel Services (GAPS), a non-profit group representing the interests of the majority of recruitment firms in Georgia. He has been recognized by GAPS as one of the top billing search consultants in Georgia and is known within the industry for his consistent results, thought leadership and record-setting contributions.

Active in the Atlanta community, Mr. Hain is particularly passionate about Autism awareness and helping special-needs children and has raised money for this cause through his involvement in the Autism Speaks Walk. He is an active member of the St. Peter Channel Parish and plays a lead role in the St. Peter Chanel Business Association. He lives in Roswell, GA with his wife Sandra and their two sons, Alex and Ryan. |
