Randy Lindholm has served as a director of Omnicell since May 2003. From June 1999 to April 2002, Mr. Lindholm was the chairman, president and CEO of VidaMed, Inc., a maker of minimally invasive medical device products that treat the urological condition of benign prostatic hyperplasia. From August 1998 to June 1999, Mr. Lindholm served as executive vice president, sales and marketing, for VidaMed. From 1993 to 1998, Lindholm held senior field operations positions at Nellcor Puritan Bennett, a provider of solutions to diagnose, monitor and treat the respiratory-impaired patient. Mr. Lindholm began his career in 1977 with GE Medical Systems, serving in a variety of increasingly senior sales positions. When he left GE Medical Systems in 1993, he was the west region product sales manager. Lindholm holds a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Michigan Tech University.
