With over 20 years of venture capital experience, Randy holds an impressive record for successfully bringing new companies public and is one of the foremost venture capital investors in Southern California. Throughout his distinguished career, he was responsible for investments in such companies as RF Monolithics, Iomega, Amgen, Compression Labs, MCC, Summa Four, and Synercom. At Fairfield Venture Partners he made investments in Symbolics, Applied Digital Access, and Life Technologies. As Managing Partner of US operations TVM Techno Venture Management, he invested in Pairgain, SCM Microsystems, Davox (AnswerSoft), Benchmarq Microelectronics, Dura, and CollaGenex. Randy has sat on numerous boards of both US and European companies, taken interim management positions, and advised companies as they navigated the IPO process.
