Randy Moeder has been Chief Executive Officer, President and a director of our general partner since May 2006. Mr. Moeder has served as Chief Executive Officer, President and a director of the general partner of Hiland Partners since October 2004. Mr. Moeder has been Manager of Hiland Partners, LLC since its inception in October 2000. He also has been President of Continental Gas, Inc. since January 1995 and was Vice President from November 1990 to January 1995. Mr. Moeder was Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Continental Resources, Inc. from May 1998 to August 2000 and was Vice President and General Counsel from November 1990 to April 1998. From January 1988 to summer 1990, Mr. Moeder worked in private law practice. From 1982 to 1988, Mr. Moeder held various positions with Amoco Corporation. Mr. Moeder is a member of the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association and the Oklahoma and American Bar Associations. Mr. Moeder holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Kansas State University and a doctorate of jurisprudence from the University of Tulsa. Mr. Moeder is also an inactive Certified Public Accountant.
