As a senior consultant for Noel-Levitz, Randy Rennell offers more than 25 years of experience in higher education and financial aid management. He specializes in maximizing the impact of financial aid on student enrollment and increasing efficiencies in the financial aid process.
Previous experience
Prior to joining Noel-Levitz, Mr. Rennell served as director of Student Financial Planning at Juniata College (PA). He was responsible for all aspects of financial aid planning, including the colleges $18 million aid budget. During his tenure, he designed research-based systems, strategies, and models to align the college�s financial aid awards with its student recruitment and retention objectives. He also strengthened the customer service orientation of the financial aid staff and successfully fostered the development of effective and efficient interaction between his and other campus offices.
Before arriving at Juniata, Mr. Rennell served in financial aid offices at the University of Wisconsin, River Falls, and Bradley University (IL).
