Prior to Flextronics, he was the Vice President of Operations at Xtera Communications, a well funded telecom start up. During that time, he managed the growth from $0 to a run rate of $80M per quarter. Randy�s broad experience ranges from Business Development through Operations in high-technology companies. Throughout his career, Randy has developed and grown businesses in a variety of industry settings.
