Randy Shealy joined Pemco Aviation Group in December 2004 as Vice President of Accounting. In May 2005, he was appointed as the Chief Accounting Officer of the Company. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Shealy spent five years as the Chief Financial Officer of Southern Research Institute, a provider of scientific discovery and technology development for public and private sector customers in the pharmaceutical sciences , homeland security , automotive , engineering , and environment and energy industries. Previously, Mr. Shealy worked in the Birmingham office of Ernst and Young for fifteen years having been promoted to audit senior manager. Mr. Shealy is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant and is a graduated of the University of Alabama.
