Ranjan joined Fi-Tek's Indian subsidiary in 2003 and took over the controls for offshore developments and processes. He was previously at Birla Software - a top 50 Indian IT Company, where he was the head of development and client services team managing a staff of over 200 professionals. Ranjan spent almost eight years at British Oxygen (BOC) in their technology and operations unit, implementing systems around the world. Ranjan has a Masters in Statistics and an MBA from IIM-Cal.
