Ranjit is a senior member of the Bowen Advisors communications technology deal team. He performs several roles including industry analysis, evaluations and deal execution. Before joining Bowen Advisors, he worked in the Corporate Development group at Novell. While at Novell, Ranjit was part of the deal team that evaluated, executed and integrated acquired companies including Immunix, Tally Systems, Salmon, SuSE and Ximian.
Prior to Novell, he worked with Paul Bowen in the Communications Equipment group at Robertson Stephens. Ranjit received a bachelor's of science degree in chemical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is qualified as a general securities representative and holds Series 7 and 63 licenses.
