Ray A. Wilkerson, an Austin resident, is president of Ray Wilkerson Companies, Inc., a commercial real estate development company. He currently serves on the boards of Stewart Title of Austin, Inc., and Heartgift Foundation. He is a founding member of the Tributary League, which supports the Colorado River Foundation. He also formerly served on the boards of several financial institutions. Wilkerson served as a member and vice chair of the Texas Rehabilitation Commission, to which he was appointed by Gov. William P. Clements and reappointed by Gov. George W. Bush. Gov. Rick Perry appointed him to the LCRA Board in 2001 for a term that expires in 2007. He was appointed Board Chair by Gov. Perry in 2004. Wilkerson earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from The University of Texas at Austin. |
