Mr. E. Ray Biggs is a Senior Managing Engineer in Exponent's Construction Consulting practice. Mr. Biggs is experienced in consulting to the construction industry in the areas of construction management project scheduling contract claims estimating analysis of design problems and disputes resolution. Mr. Biggs also consults on construction safety issues involved with construction accidents.
Mr. Biggs has an extensive background in the management of major heavy construction projects. Prior to becoming a consultant he held responsible engineering and management positions with two major construction companies in California and Oregon and was project manager on the Kingdome in Seattle. He has worked as an estimator on nuclear power plants buildings highways bridges flood control projects and water waste treatment plants. He has considerable experience in cost accounting project planning CPM scheduling subcontract administration change orders construction management and claims analysis. |
