Ray Martinelli is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources at ServiceSource. He leads recruitment, performance management, and global compensation and benefits efforts. Ray brings a wealth of HR experience from over 20 years in management roles at several industry leading companies. Most recently, he was the SVP Human Resources at Macromedia where he played a lead role in the Adobe/Macromedia integration. From 2000 to 2005, Ray was VP Human Resources for Juniper Networks during which time the organization grew from 300 to 3,000 employees. Previous experience includes management roles at Computer Curriculum Corporation, Apple Computer, and Esprit de Corps. Ray holds a BA degree in Organizational Communications from Sacramento State University and a Masters in Organization Development from Golden Gate University. |
