Ray Olson has worked in the Software Development industry for over 16 years, largely in the Financial Services industry. Ray has comprehensive experience in building, implementing, and integrating both large and small scale business applications, either in a web-based or client/server environment. A proven manager of software development projects, Ray has been successful in delivering mission critical applications by making practical decisions on system architecture and system design, ensuring that a quality product is always delivered. Prior to Ziba Group, Ray's experience includes heading a Global Active Portfolio Management IT Group at Barclays Global Investors, managing of both front-office and back-office systems for Wells Fargo Nikko Securities, and working as a consultant for several large financial corporations, including Bank Of America and Wells Fargo. Ray started his career working on software development projects for aerospace firms McDonnell Douglas and Boeing Corporation. Ray has a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and am a member of IEEE and ACM. |
