Rayford Reid serves as a director of our general partner, and also serves as a member of the compensation committee of the board of directors of our general partner. Mr. Reid has more than 30 years of investment banking, financial advisory and commercial banking experience, including 25 years focused on the oil and gas industry. During the last 20 years, Mr. Reid has served as President of R. Reid Investments Inc., a private investment banking firm which exclusively serves companies engaged in the energy industry. Reid Investments specializes in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and traditional and non-traditional private placements of debt and equity. Mr. Reid holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. |
