Rayleen E. Hilton, President of Synergism International, has more than twenty years experience in serving companies, government agencies and educational institutions. Ms. Hilton is often called upon to assist organizations to design conflict resolution programs and interventions. She has been an instructor at University of California, Irvine, for more than eight years where she serves on the advisory board for the Alternative Dispute Resolution Program. Ms. Hilton frequently presents current research and training methodologies at professional conferences where she discusses developing global conflict management systems and sexual harassment prevention initiatives in the international business community. She holds a Master�s Degree in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine School of Law and is Past President of the American Society of Training and Development, Orange County.
Ms. Hilton is also a LMS expert having assisted small and large companies procure and implement local and enterprise-wide global systems. She has worked with systems requiring 21 CFR Part 11, JHACO, J128 and other regulatory compliance. As a master negotiator, Ms. Hilton has saved client hundreds of thousands of dollars on their systems. |
