Mr. Estes is an associate in Sherin and Lodgen LLP's Real Estate Department. His practice focuses on commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, securitized loan defeasance, land use, and development.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Estes practiced law in New York City where he represented conduit, institutional, and traditional private lenders in the financing of commercial, multifamily, and hotel properties throughout the United States. In addition, he is experienced in representing both purchasers and sellers of commercial, multi-use, and single and multi-family residential properties, and in asset purchase and sale transactions involving businesses throughout the country. His background includes the assessment and resolution of complex title, zoning, and land use matters, as well as landlord/tenant disputes.

Represents developers in the acquisition, construction, disposition and financing of national drug store properties throughout the country
As part of a team, represents national retail food supermarket company in leasing matters and property development.
As part of a team, represents regional developer with acquisition, permitting, construction and financing of multi-unit residential housing developments
Represents New England owners and managers of retail shopping centers in all aspects of acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing
As part of a team, represented national wholesale food supermarket company in closing sale leaseback transactions totaling over $200 million throughout the country
As part of a team, represented regional developer in acquisition of over 1.1 million square feet of office and laboratory space with retail and parking components in Boston and Cambridge
Represents local theater group in permitting, leasing and contract matters
