Developed proposal to deliver non-tax revenues to local governments using the local government funds and authorizing local governments to develop a plan on how to pledge these non-tax revenues as credit enhancement for local government public infrastructure, housing and economic development projects
Serves as general counsel to the National Association of State Auditors, Comptrollers and Treasurers (NASACT), an umbrella association of state elected or appointed chief financial officers
Serves as bond, underwriters' and disclosure counsel to issuers and investors of municipal bonds
