As co-founder and vice president of engineering and technical operations, Raymond Pineau brings more than 20 years of management, engineering, manufacturing and start-up experience to Captivate Network. Ray uses his extensive engineering experience to design, develop and implement technical upgrades to the network operations making Captivate an award-winning company. In addition, Ray continues to provide customer support for the entire portfolio of buildings, and helps create new generations of products and architectures to enhance Captivate's product offerings. Prior to joining Captivate, Ray held various engineering and management positions. He was Director of Advanced Product Development at Cabletron Systems, Inc and General Manager of the Merrimack, New Hampshire R&D Center. Before his positions with Cabletron, Ray served as the Director of Engineering at Datamedia Corporation and was a founder of Magna Computer Corporation, which was later acquired by EMC Corporation. Previously, Ray held various engineering management positions at Wang and Compugraphic. Ray holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell. |
