Rebecca Biller Elmore graduated with distinction from the University of Michigan in 2000 with a B.A. in Sociology. She graduated from Indiana University School of Law Bloomington in 2004 and was admitted to practice law in the state of Indiana in 2004. During law school, Ms. Elmore served as the president of the Latino Law Student Association, and participated in the Inmate Legal Assistance Clinic and the Sherman Minton Moot Court Competition, where she was a Top Oralist.
