Ms. Kesler supports the executive search practice provided by Wilcox Miller & Nelson, working with organizational leaders and search committees identify new talent for executive through Board placement. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kesler served as SVP, Business Development for a global talent solutions firm offering creative solutions to her customers� human capital issues supporting a broad range of industries including retail, consumer products, biotech, high tech and manufacturing.
