Regina A. Garza is an associate in the Fresno office. Ms. Garza serves as the Deputy City Attorney for the City of Clovis. She is a prosecuting attorney for municipal code violations, abatement and compliance for all violations of the City of Clovis Municipal Code. She also assists clients with drafting zoning and regulatory ordinances, and consultants with department heads regarding code enforcement and ADA and liability issues.
Ms. Garza joined Lozano Smith after receiving her Juris Doctor degree from University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California. While in law school, she worked full time as a law clerk with the Sacramento firm of Dreyer, Babich, Buccolla & Callaham, LLP. Ms. Garza clerked for the senior partner and was involved in the various aspects of litigation. She received the prestigious Witkin Award for achieving the highest grade in Negotiations & Settlements.
Ms. Garza received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Westmont College, cum laude, in 2001. She serves as an Adjunct Professor at Fresno Pacific University, where she teaches Theological Ethics of Conflicts and Peacemaking. |
