Regina Kozlowski is a Vice President/Senior Consultant with Senn-Delaney Leadership. Regina is an experienced leadership consultant, executive coach, and facilitator to clients wishing to shift their organizations to a healthier high performance culture. Regina has been with Senn-Delaney Leadership since 1996 where she has worked with numerous clients such as McDonald�s Restaurants, American Airlines, KeyBank, Tennessee Valley Authority, Chase, Toys �R� Us, Limited Brands, Nationwide, PG&E, and CIGNA.
Prior to Senn-Delaney, Regina held various management positions at Verizon, an international telecommunications company. There she earned the company�s prestigious Gold Club award in large business sales and she was recognized for her innovative work in quality work process improvements. Regina has experience as a certified outplacement career counselor for Lee Hecht Harrison where she has worked with clients such as Honeywell and Capital One. There she trained and counseled individuals on career planning, resume writing, interviewing, and job search skills. Regina has also owned and operated a highly successful retail business in Williamsburg, Virginia.
Her personal experience with corporate management, labor unions, customers, as well as the challenges of starting a retail business bring a mix of business sense, realism, and immediacy to Regina�s consulting relationships.
In her community, Regina has served as chairman of a variety of organizations including Leadership Hampton Roads of the Regional Chamber of Commerce, Norfolk Chamber of Commerce Education Committee, and Newport News Toastmasters. She also served as a longterm advisor to Peninsula Junior Achievement. Regina was educated at Longwood College in Farmville, Virginia.
Regina has two grown sons and she resides in Lanexa, Virginia. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and gardening. |
