Reginald A. Emshoff, JD Mr. Emshoff is President of Capital Valuation Group. He has a background in private law practice, teaching, and business analysis and valuation. His specialty is the valuation of equity interests in closely held businesses and determination of enhanced earning capacity resulting from additional education acquired during a marriage. He has provided expert testimony in state and federal courts and has taught many seminars for lawyers, judges, students, and business owners. Mr. Emshoff is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin. Currently, he serves on the boards of local non-profit community services organizations. Mr. Emshoff obtained his BS degree in Education from the University of Wisconsin and his JD degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School. |
