Regis W. Schultis, Jr. joined iQVP in June 2001 as a Managing Director. Prior to joining iQVP, Mr. Schultis served in a variety of roles with emerging companies. From 1992 to present, Mr. Schultis has been President of the Regis Advisory Corp., a New York based money management and Venture Capital firm. From 1999 to early 2001, Mr. Schultis was the CFO for MedLinx Interactive, Inc., an internet based medical transcription service. From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Schultis was a Managing Director, Secretary and Treasurer of Finsoft Consultants, Inc., a information technology consulting firm. From 1987 to 1992, Mr. Schultis was Director of Equity Research for J.P. Morgan Securities, Inc. From 1978 to 1987, Mr. Schultis was with Citicorp Investment Management where he was the Group Head for Basic Industries (1978-1987) and the Group Head for Foreign Research (1983-1987) and managed portfolios in excess of $1 billion. From 1967 to 1977, Mr. Schultis was with Smith Barney Harris Upham & Co. as a Senior Chemical Industry analyst and was voted to Institutional Investor's "All Star" team for 6 consecutive years. Prior to joining Smith Barney, Mr. Schultis worked for 8 years in the Chemical Industry.
Mr. Schultis is a member of The Chemical Analysts of New York, The Chemical Specialties Group, The New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA), The Association for Investment Management and Research, and The American Chemical Society. Mr. Schultis is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a New York Stock Exchange Supervisory Analyst.
Mr. Schultis holds a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an M.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the MIT Graduate School of Engineering and an MBA From the Harvard Business School |
