Business Litigation
Reid Page is a shareholder in the Business Litigation group, in which he focuses primarily on complex civil litigation on behalf of businesses and individuals in business.
Mr. Page represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of cases and has substantial experience representing corporations in litigation and internal investigations involving allegations of fraudulent behavior and intentional wrongdoing.
DISTINCTIONS
Mr. Page earned the distinction as a Colorado Rising Star for 2009.

NOTABLE EXPERIENCE
Mr. Page has represented a major insurance company in actions pending in three federal district courts, a Texas state court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and a federal bankruptcy court, all arising out of an alleged half-billion dollar fraud in the generation and sale of student loans, and the procurement of credit risk insurance on those loans.
Other experience includes:
Represented Colorado Farmer in lawsuit relating to Farmer's first right of refusal to purchase property.
Represented publicly-traded agribusiness in lawsuit related to allocation of liabilities subsequent to company's purchase of a competitor.
Represented publicly-traded agribusiness in dispute relating to tractor-trailer accident.
Represented multi-level marketing company in lawsuit which the Federal Trade commission ("FTC") in which FTC alleged client was a pyramid scheme.
Represented technology company in several lawsuits relating to winding down of business affairs.
Represented patent-holder in litigation relating to ownership of patents.
Represented law firm in internal investigation of whether partner was retained by Columbian Drug Cartel.
Represented company in internal investigation of contracts forged by salesperson.
