Rhonda Yoder Breman is an associate in the Litigation Group. Ms. Breman assists clients with a variety of complex business and commercial disputes, and defense of products liability and medical malpractice claims. Ms. Breman received her J.D. cum laude from Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis in 2002 and holds a B.A. from Indiana University - Indianapolis and an A.S. from the University of Indianapolis. Ms. Breman became a family law mediator in 1996 and has mediated a variety of family law cases. Prior to law school, she worked as a paralegal for 11 years, assisting with litigation matters. During law school, Ms. Breman clerked full-time for a litigation law firm in Indianapolis. She also participated in the Moot Court competition, earning membership in the Order of Barristers and arguing before the Indiana Supreme Court. Ms. Breman participated in the 2001 Evans Constitutional Law National Moot Court Competition, and, the following year, coached the national championship moot court team at the same competition. She is admitted to practice before the Indiana Supreme Court and the Federal Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
