Rhonda Germany has spent the last 20+ years leading small businesses and Fortune 500 companies through complex business challenges of start-up, growth, diversification, and reengineering. With 10+ years as a former Partner and Senior Manager with Booz Allen Hamilton, and most recently as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development with Honeywell, she has applied her unique blend of strategic insights, people-focused leadership, and marketing creativity to achieve new levels of financial, operational and market success, while creating significant revenue and shareholder value.
Germany is well known and respected for her ability to drive fundamental strategic and tactical actions that changed the fundamental way corporations conduct business. With a strong technical background, she has structured and negotiated high-level acquisitions, joint ventures, technology alliances and global licensing agreements, and spearheaded the commercialization of new technologies that have been the genesis of technology evolution across the industrial products, electronics/high-tech, and biotechnology/life sciences sectors. Recognized as a top-flight team builder and mentor/coach, Germany has established business infrastructures and operating practices that would yield optimal P&L performance, and she has hired and trained top talent while building highly capable, cross-functional business teams. She has also helped shape career growth of numerous professionals, and served as an ambassador for development of senior women.
Appointed as the only female member of the Booz Allen Board of Directors in 1997 and member of the Personnel Committee, Germany also led taskforces and initiatives for Global Strategic Security, US e-Business, and Knowledge Management groups at Booz Allen.
Germany holds a BSChE in Biochemical Engineering from University of Michigan and an MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut. |
