Joining CST in 1999, Ms. Singleton has been involved in the Securities, Transfer Agent, and Investor Relations Industry since 1992. She brings extensive knowledge in procedures and coordination of the Annual & Special Meeting process. Working solely in the Proxy Department, Ms. Singleton is responsible for coordination of CST clients' Meeting and Mailing needs.
