Ric holds an Associates degree in Fashion Illustration from Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. He began his career as a Staff Illustrator with England Brothers in Pittsfield, MA, and then with Albert Steiger & Company. He then served as an Ad/Art Director for an advertising agency in Hartford, CT. Prior to joining J. Baker, Ric was associated with D&L Stores in Britain, CT, as their Advertising Director. Ric began his career at J. Baker in 1992 as Director of Marketing for Casual Male. He then became Vice President of Apparel Marketing and Director of Marketing for the Work �N Gear division. He eventually added the Parade of Shoes division to his responsibilities. In June 2000, Ric was named Senior Vice President of Marketing and in May 2007 became the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. |
