Before joining Goody�, Ric graduated with a Marketing degree from Marshall University. He began his career at Black & Decker where he helped to launch the DeWalt brand and held various sales and marketing roles over his 15 years there. While at Goody, Ric leads the Global Sales team initiatives with a focus on growing Goody's strategic customer base by developing alternative channels and expanding international markets. He joined Newell Rubbermaid in 2001 as the Divisional President for the Lowes group, where he more than doubled the business in four years. His Carpe Diem philosophy will play a huge part in building Goody's future as the world's premiere hair care company. |
