Having grown up in New York and Virginia, he moved to Indiana in 1991. Since 1996, Ricardo has practiced with Spangler, Jennings & Dougherty, P.C. As head of our Subrogation Litigation Department, Ricardo represents insurers and other business entities in actions to recover damages on account of harm to person or property caused by others or by defective products. Additionally, with a concentration in civil litigation and trial work, Ricardo's practice includes representation of individuals seeking to obtain relief from serious injury or for loss of property. |
