Ricardo F. Alicea is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm�s New York office. Ric is a member of the Corporate group were he focuses his practice in the areas of general corporate law, securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital financing transactions. Ric also represents energy companies, investment banks, and hedge funds in a variety of regulatory, transactional, and risk management matters.
During his time at Boston University School of Law, Ric was the Development Editor of the Boston University Annual Review of Banking and Financial Law Journal, an intern in the Securities and Exchange Commission�s Division of Enforcement and an intern in the National Association of Securities Dealers� Department of Enforcement.
Ric is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
