Loor brings fifteen years experience in the telecommunications industry in Network buildouts and tower industry. He has held VP, GM and Directors positions in M&A, business development, sales, marketing, operations and engineering for corporations such as SpectraSite, Unisite , PrimeCo, Verizon and Nextel. Loor has been involved in the ground level of companies such as PrimeCo/Verizon, DialCall/Nextel, and instrumental in the turnaround of companies such as SpectraSite, UNIsite. Loor has managed more than 2000 towers for SpectraSite in the south Region. Loor, under PrimeCo/ Verizon, designed, deployed and implemented the first digital wireless network system in the U.S. utilizing the PCS 1900 CDMA Lucent and QUALCOMM technologies. Also, Loor was responsible for the fist ESMR (RF Network designed) for DialCall/Nextel in the Florida Markets. Loor holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte and an MBA from the University of Chicago. |
