He specializes in recruiting key technical management and professionals in Engineering, Quality Production and IT for manufacturing, High Tech, and Telecommunications operations. His previous professional background in Engineering, MIS and Operations management with Ingram Micro and Telmex, Latin Americas� largest telecommunications company, has helped him build a rapidly growing technical practice throughout the Americas. Ricardo holds a masters degree in Marketing and a bachelor degree in Systems Engineering, graduating with honors from The University of The Americas. Ricardo is very active in technical associations like CANIETI and ASQ. Since taking over our technical search practice five years ago, he has made it grow by over 100%.
