Ricardo Morales, 36 is CyberGenies' Chief Technology Officer. Ricardo Morales brings to the table over 11 years of progressive IT experience spanning application development, product/business development; strategic planning and project management. An accomplished Systems Architect, Ricardo specializes in designing and building powerful enterprise and web-driven application systems utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE), .Net, XML and Web Services. His dedication and commitment to excellence is evident in his proven success in leading development teams of all sizes to deliver exceptional systems functionality. Most recently active as a Senior Technology Manager with a Big Four Consulting company, Ricardo has directed the development of eCommerce applications, web sites and systems integration services to fulfill mid to large-scale engagements. In addition to his pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics and a Sun Certified Enterprise Architect for J2EE Technology certification, Ricardo earned his license as a Florida Real Estate Mortgage Broker. He is fluent in Spanish. As CTO, Ricardo is responsible for the research, development and delivery of CyberGenies custom solutions through the Rapid Application Development Unit. |
