Rich Heaney joined Brandywine in April 1999. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Brandywine's communities. He oversees and provides support for the Executive Directors, formulates operational procedures and assists in planning and implementation of the company's budget. Mr. Heaney is a member of the Corporate Acquisition and Development team and assists in the Acquisition and Development of new properties for Brandywine. Mr. Heaney brings more than 13 years of healthcare experience to his current position and previously held positions with Marriott Senior Living Services and Summerville Senior Living. In addition to his operational duties, Mr. Heaney also manages the corporate and regional Sales and Marketing team, overseeing census growth and market position for Brandywine Senior Living. |
