Mr. King served as a Director of Operations for Infinity Contact from January 2006 until he joined SecurityCoverage in August 2007. While at Infinity Contact, Mr. King was responsible for managing the support functions for CRM Automotive Operations, directing the IT staff, recruiting & training practices as well as various special projects. Prior to joining Infinity Contact, Mr. King was Director of Customer Care for McLeodUSA, where he was employed from January 1997 to January 2006. During his nine years with McLeodUSA, Mr. King held various roles with the last six spent managing Customer Care Centers. As Director of Customer Care Mr. King created & implemented the strategic planning and development for the customer service operations. He oversaw multiple call center locations plus the field account management resources. Mr. King was prolific in developing and implementing a workforce organizational strategy that increased customer satisfaction, increased one call resolution and decreased resolution timeframes. In addition, prior to joining McLeodUSA, Mr. King spent three years with Parsons Technology in an array of marketing positions including Product Manager. Mr. King has over fifteen years of professional experience and has accrued diverse knowledge with proven success in Customer Service Call Center/Operations, Program/Process Management, Marketing Management, Business-to-Business Selling and Account Management. A native of Ohio, Mr. King earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University. |
