In his role as Chief Strategy Officer, Rich drives Ness IBS core service and intellectual capital strategies and serves as an Executive Sponsor for our key customer and partner relationships. During his 25 years in the high-technology industry, Rich has held numerous senior leadership, technical and business positions within large enterprise organizations and global service providers. Specific experience includes Executive Vice President, Strategic Technologies for Digital Medical Systems; National Practice Director for both Inacom's and Vanstar's Enterprise Consulting Practice(s) and 13 years with Electronic Data Systems, during which he served in several prominent roles including: Chief Technologist for GMAC International, Technical Services Manager for Saturn Motor Car Company, and Chief Architect of General Motors Europe's Client Server Strategy.
