During his career, Mr. Marksberry has provided guidance and direction to companies and clients in various industries and vertical markets. As CFO and Controller for Siemens Government Services Inc., he drove the implementation of Deltek GCS Premier and established the financial policies and procedures for all accounting areas, which supported the company during its growth from 60 to 200+ people.

At CW Cook Co. Inc., Mr. Marksberry, as CFO and Controller, reorganized and implemented new policies and procedures while assisting with the sale at maximum value and the subsequent transition of the company to the new owners, and also was responsible for the systems and operations supporting and during the transition.

As a CPA, Marksberry established and developed a Computer Advisory Services Group as the Director of Client Technology Services for McGowan Guntermann, CPA�s and then for Cherry, Bekaert & Holland, CPA�s. He also handled technology consulting and advisory services including microcomputer systems selection, implementation and integration for Coopers & Lybrand clients in Los Angeles. Mr. Marksberry specializes in CFO services, controller services, IT governance, program management office, business strategy & IT alignment, and government contracting.
