Mr. Hansen is the Chairman at The Keystone Equities Group where he oversees the investment banking department. Prior to Mr. Hansen's involvement with Keystone, he was an independent capital markets consultant primarily advising corporate and institutional clients on strategic financing and organizational issues. Before consulting, Mr. Hansen was the founder of Pennsylvania Merchant Group (PMG), a technology-focused investment bank. In recognition of his active role in the technology arena, he was named Legend CEO for the Year 2000 by the Eastern Technology Council, an award that recognizes CEO's who have made significant leadership contributions to technology development and commercialization. Mr. Hansen has served as director of both public and private companies and has held the position of Senior Vice President for investment banks Blyth Eastman Dillon, Paine Webber, and Kidder Peabody & Co. Mr. Hansen's career started at Air Products & Chemicals where he was a merger and acquisition analyst. A strong educational advocate, Mr. Hansen is involved in several non-for-profit educational funding activities and is a member of the board of directors of Rochester Institute of Technology's Incubator and is a founder of Purdue University's Krannert Student Portfolio Management Program. |
