Richard A. Hills, Jr. is Executive Vice President and General Counsel of MidCountry and its Corporate Secretary. Prior to joining MidCountry in October 2002, he was of counsel to the law firm of Womble, Carlyle, Sandridge & Rice, PLLC, and continues to serve the firm on a part-time basis. Before joining Womble Carlyle in June 2000, Mr. Hills was Executive Vice President and General Counsel and Secretary of First Liberty Financial Corp. and its subsidiary, First Liberty Bank, for 12 years. |
