Richard A. Horvath has served as our Senior Vice President and Secretary since November 1997. Mr. Horvath also served as our Chief Financial Officer from November 1997 through March 2003 and as a member of our board of directors from November 1999 to September 2004. Mr. Horvath has been in the food industry for almost 30 years. Prior to his employment at Overhill Farms, Mr. Horvath served as the Chief Financial Officer of Martino's. During the period of 1973 to 1996, he held various positions with the Carnation Company, Star Kist Foods and Mission Foods. |
