Dr. Richard A. Karp founded the Company in 1985 and designed the DCT Test System. He has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of the Company since inception and as President from inception to May 2000. Dr. Karp holds a Ph.D. in computer science from Stanford University an M.S. in mathematics from the University of Wisconsin and a B.S. in science from the California Institute of Technology |
